Our dance fitness program offers a variety of classes with various objectives to allow our clients to achieve an effective workout but also enjoy their experience while doing so. Studio Goddess incorporates dance, gymnastics, and other popular forms of exercise into our classes to allow students to with and without dance former dance training unique classes that utilize expression and choreography to achieve a dynamic workout. We believe that confidence is sexy! It is our mission to provide our students with the skills to execute confident movement with both style and grace. Our classes are instructed in bare feet or sneaker and typical fitness attire. Our clients are encouraged to embrace their uniqueness and move in a way that feels natural for their bodies. Ballet Basics is the perfect class for all levels, no experience is required to participate. This class focuses on the core skills of ballet, including the first five positions, barre, and center exercises. This class strengthens specific muscles as you briskly flow through classic ballet combinations. Ballet training will improve your fluidity, flexibility, balance, and alignment.
