Please review the following information concerning our private party policies. 
We welcome both large and small groups to host a private party at Studio Goddess. Please note our minimum event rate is the same for six or less guests. Please note our Nashville location can accommodates groups of 50 or less and our Austin location can accommodate groups of 20 or less.

BOOKING YOUR EXPERIENCE
​A $100 non-refundable reservation fee is due at booking to secure your studio rental. 
The per person rate is due 48-hours prior to your event.
​Your reservation is NOT secured until payment has been made. ​

​Party Cancellation  Policy

The booking fee is non-refundable, no exceptions. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file for any event cancelled less than 14-days prior to the scheduled party date - no exceptions. 

Final guest count is due 48-hours prior to your event. Your final invoice payment is due 48-hours prior to your event and can not be modified within 48-hours of your event. All requests to make changes to your initial reservation must be made via email at least 14-days prior to your event: [email protected]

We highly recommend booking your party at least 30-days in advance to secure your desired date and time. We are happy to book events closer to your party date if appointments remain available. Expedited appointments are subject to the following premium rates. 

Parties booked within 7 days of your desired party date are subject
​to an additional 20% expedited booking premium rate. 

Studio Etiquette:  We are excited to host your private class in our beautiful studio and we look forward to celebrating with you. Please treat the studio with the same respect that you would provide your local dance or fitness facility. We kindly ask that you take as many photos and videos of our instagram-able moments as you would like during your reserved time. Please refrain from touching or modifying the artwork. You will be provided plenty time to take photos and videos of your dance experience following the instructional portion of the experience. To provide an optimal learning experience, we do not permit recording during the instructional portion of your class in accordance with industry safety and privacy standards. No food or beverages will be permitted to enter without prior approval. Complimentary filtered water is available to our guests. Please arrive dressed and ready for your experience.

48-Hour Finalization Policy: To provide an optimal experience that allows you to arrive and start your party, all event details should be completed 48-hours prior to your arrival. On event days, our priority is providing an exceptional customer experience and we may be unable to take your calls or accommodate last minute requests. The following should be completed at least two days prior to your event:

• Event contract (event details, song requests, special accommodations, etc) 
• Paid invoice online via the emailed link
• Guest list to be provided and all waivers submitted for each guest
  
• BYOBubbles request form

Failure to provide the above information 48-hours prior to your event will require using your event time to complete these items. For an optimal experience, please submit all inquiries and requested information at least two days prior to your event. 

Arrival:  The studio will open at your scheduled start time. If you arrive prior to your scheduled start time, you may have to wait outside while we complete the event prior to yours. Please note your reserved time is entry to exit. Due to the popularity of our experience, we are unable to extend or amend your scheduled time without interfering with the next group's experience. 

Payment: The initial booking payment in non-refundable. The remaining balance (per person pass) is due 48-hours prior to the time of service via one transaction. The remaining balance can be paid via credit or debit card. You will be issued an invoice for your remaining balance prior to your event to provide you time to collect payment from each guest and remit payment prior to arrival. We highly recommend collecting the per person payment from each guest at least 3-days prior to your event.  We do not collect payment from each guest individually. 

Waiver of Liability: Each guest is required to personally complete the waiver of liability prior to entering Studio Goddess. This form is to be completed by each guest online one week prior to your Studio Goddess event. We ask that these forms are completed 48-hours prior to your event to avoid using class time to fill them out. 

Alcohol Policy:  Do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For liability purposes and your safety, we are unable to provide services to guests under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises without prior approval. Water bottles must be unopened or empty upon entry and filtered water is available during your experience.

BYOBubbles Policy: If you have booked one of our packages that allow time to bring your own bubbles, you may bring ONE bottle per group of your choice beverage with less than 14% ABV. Everyone in the group must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the BYOBubble option. We reserve the right to amend this policy or revoke this option at anytime in accordance to city policies. You must submit the BYOB request form (located in your confirmation email) at least 48-hours prior to your event.

Jewelry Policy: Please remove all jewelry prior to your pole or aerial class.  Your instructor will not be able to start your party until all participants have removed all jewelry, including rings. The poles will damage your jewelry. Permanent jewelry must be covered with athletic tape to protect your jewelry.

Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late please remember your party will end at the original end time.  All guests must be present to start the class. If you are unable to arrive within 15-minutes of your scheduled start time, your event will be canceled and any outstanding balance will be charged to the card on file.
​45-minutes of event time is required to host the dance portion of your class. If you arrive with less than 45-minutes to dance, you will have access to take photos and shop only. Please note late arrivals will result in modifying the services provided in your package based on the duration of time remaining during your session.

Spectators:  Each guest present during any portion of the Studio Goddess experience will be included in the party pricing - no exceptions. If an additional guest arrives that has not been included on your invoice, the per person rate will be charged to the card on file. Indoor access will only be provided to individuals on your guest list.

Sharing Apparatus: Having your own pole or hammock is dependent on the number of people in your group. Industry standard is to work in partners on pole and aerial equipment with 2-3 people per apparatus. New students find it challenging to hold their bodyweight or use grip strength for prolonged periods of time.  We encourage working in partners for your safety and to ensure you have energy to dance it out on Broadway or 6th Street after your class. As stated in our FAQs, you may or may not have your own apparatus depending on the size of your group; however, we ensure ample equipment is provided for an immersive and interactive experience for all.
