Studio Goddess is a unique boutique fitness studio created to provide women with a dynamic fitness experience to tone their bodies and strengthen their minds. Our clients build and sculpt their bodies, while participating in interactive group fitness classes, in a supportive and social environment. Our innovative workouts were designed to fuse traditional group fitness classes with modern elements such as pole fitness, dance fitness, and aerial arts. It is our mission to provide women an inviting and inclusive environment to explore personal movement and learn new skills without the desolation of a traditional gym. Studio Goddess offers a wide array of alternative fitness classes inspired by dance, gymnastics, strength training, circus arts and more. Our classes range in length from 30-75 minutes to accommodate busy schedules. It is important that we provide each student with an effective workout; thus, all of our classes are scalable to meet each individual client's ability level. Studio Goddess offers three programs: Dance Fitness, Pole Fitness, and Aerial fitness. Each program offers a fun and refreshing twist on conventional dance and fitness classes but also delivers exponential results. Many of our students participant in a variety of weekly classes to ensure an exciting fitness regimen that burn calories, increases flexibility and body awareness, while simultaneously lengthening and strengthening!
Our Pole Fitness program presents women a flirty fusion of cardio and strength training with traditional dance. We incorporate core elements of movement into our pole fitness classes. This allows students to absorb knowledge about their bodies while enjoying an upbeat social fitness experience in a safe and body positive environment

We offer intro and beginner level classes with a variety of different apparatuses and objectives to send you soaring past your fitness goals. fierce flexibility - Stretching for all levels
Fierce Flexibility is the perfect flexibility and stretching class for students of all flexibility levels! Can't touch your toes? No problem, we are here to help. Not only will you achieve an effective stretch, you will increase your heart-rate and burn calories, while toning and shaping your body during upbeat dynamic ballistic stretching routines. Students will be instructed and flow through techniques to increase active and passive flexibility. Flexibility training is very important to maintain healthy spinal alignment and body awareness. To avoid injury, is imperative that students practice safe and proper form while stretching in the studio and at home. Fierce Flexibility will guide you through safe and effective exercises that can be easily executed daily.
booty burn - Lower Body sculpting
Booty Burn is the perfect class for clients of all fitness levels wishing to tone their legs and backside. This booty blasting cardio quickie incorporates flowing movement with strength building exercises. Booty Burn focuses on lower body toning, sculpting, and strengthening. During this upbeat 30-minute class, you will dance through easy to follow repetitions that target those stubborn areas. Booty Burn was inspired by several different training techniques including ballet, gymnastics, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and more. Combining these training techniques into a 30-minute series of movement, creates a unique fitness class that allows you to squeeze a quick, yet effective lower body work out in to your busy schedule.
buns & guns - Total Body sculpting
Buns & Guns is a high energy dance cardio and sculpting class that incorporates calisthenic exercises, light hand weights, and interval training. High energy movement paired with specific exercises incorporated in to easy to follow dance steps, will increase heart rate, build strength, and burn fat as you sculpt and tone. This unique class offers a total body work out but avoids building bulky muscles. With easy to follow continuous movement to up beat music, you will forget that you are burning calories and building strength. Buns & Guns is a great cardio quickie for toning and defining arms, legs, back, shoulders, and core.
shake your abs - Hip Hop Inspired Core sculpting & Cardio
Shake Your Abs is a fun mix of cardio, core toning, and hip hop dance. Shake Your Abs starts with a high energy warm-up and transitions into a fast and effective core workout. The class continues to keep your heart rate elevated as you perform basic non-stop, easy to follow hip hop dance steps. The movement is easily executed by students of all levels. The final 10-minutes consists of a series of grounded core exercises and cool down. Shake Your Abs has been featured at over six international fitness conventions and expos and has gained popularity for this unique approach at core strengthening and movement without using traditional crunches. work the floor -creative Movement & Floor Flow
WTF is designed to inspire creative shapes and emotive movement. This class melts basic modern/contemporary floor combinations with self-expression and emotive movement. Students are encouraged to be expressive through movement and use this class as a form of personal exploration and expansion. This class will improve both strength and flexibility, while creating flow and purposeful movement. In this class you will explore transitions through beginner level skills, contemporary dance, and modern movement. No prior dance experience is required.
acroflow - Beginner Acro-Yoga and Creative movement
AcroFlow is a fun acrobatic yoga inspired class that melts beginner level inversions and hand balancing with fluid sequences. Not only does hand balancing and acro yoga train body alignment and spatial awareness, but you will also build confidence, trust, and strong bodies. During this class you will explore various balanced poses and transitional movements. New students welcome and no experience is required. Skills and preparations that will be instructed in this class include: headstand, handstand, forearm stand, shoulder stands, cartwheels and more!
beginner Hip Hop -Beginner level choreography
Our beginner level hip hop class is perfect for those new to hip hop movement and choreography. The class starts with a warm-up of repetitive movement to create muscle memory and core strengthening exercises to provide a solid foundation for stylizing your movements. Students then learn a choreographed routine to popular music. New clients welcome and routines are not progressive allowing participants to join the class at any time. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and students are encouraged to feel their movement and embrace their personal style.
chair dance -Beginner level jazz & Burlesque style choreography
Enjoy learning a sassy routine that incorporates beginner level jazz and burlesque elements while using a chair to create shapes and levels. No dance experience is required. Choreography is not progressive, meaning students can join this class at anytime without feeling behind. Students are encouraged to to unleash their inner goddess as they learn to work with this versatile prop.
Pole & Aerial Fitness Classes
Intro To Pole & Aerial-For those curious about Pole & Aerial
This one hour course provides those new to pole and aerial an introduction to each apparatus and information about our studio and classes. This class is perfect for those curious about pole and aerial or those looking for a fun activity. Students will learn novice level movement using aerial silks, aerial hoops, and dance poles and explore basic aerial movement and mounting techniques. Students interested in join our program are encouraged to start with this class. This class focuses more on safety and technique than the fitness elements associated with pole and aerial.
aerial yoga fusion -suspended Postures using aerial hammocks
Aerial Yoga Fusion is the perfect blend of suspended yoga inspired movement and aerial conditioning. Using an aerial silk hammock provides an innovative fitness experience while allowing gravity to create space between joints, promote deep stretching, and increased flexibility. Use your own body resistance for an aerial conditioning experience that is both fun and effective. Elevate your flexibility, balance, strength, spatial awareness, and endurance as you fly through this unique fitness class. No prior yoga or aerial experience is required. Students will progress at their own pace and comfort level.
beginner aerial Series -beginner aerial silks & lyra movement
Our beginner aerial series focuses on foundational aerial movement, beginner level wraps, and suspended postures. This series is open for enrollment at any time. Class material rotates weekly for 4 weeks, thus students are encouraged to participate on a weekly basis for the duration of the series. This will ensure retention, development, and execution of learned skills and the ability to create combinations using the lyra and aerial silks.
beginner pole Series - Spins and transitions
Our beginner pole series focuses on fundamental pole skills and movement. During this series students will learn beginner level spins and transitions, climbing, and basic inversions. This series is open for enrollment at any time. Class material rotates weekly for 8 weeks, thus students are encouraged to participate on a weekly basis for the duration of the series. This will ensure retention, development, and execution of learned skills and the ability to create combinations and routines. Students may purchase a single class, 4 weekly classes, or an 8 class package which includes 4 optional drop-in classes in addition to your four weekly series. Students have 30-days from the date of their first class to complete the series.
mix of trix - open level pole & aerial fitness
Mix of Trix is an open level fitness class for pole and aerial enthusiasts. An instructor is available to provide assistance with spotting, refreshing, and building upon previously learning skills. This class is perfect for students who wish to refine and perfect skills from their series level classes, or those wishing to drop-in to master a specific skill or combination. This class is loosely structured allowing students to work at their on pace as the instructor floats around the room working with each student individually. This class is NOT appropriate for first time students.
intermediate / advanced pole - inversions & combinations
This class is perfect for students wishing to learn pole inversions and the fundamental inverted positions of pole fitness. This class is open to students who have completed the beginner series and wish to expand their pole training off the floor. Students will be instructed at their personal ability level. These aerial poses can be combined to create beautiful sequences that showcase strength, flexibility, and style. Students new to this series will start with basic inverting techniques from a seated or standing position until comfortable performing an unassisted invert. As you progress, more advanced variations and combinations will be introduced.
intermediate / advanced aerial - silks and Lyra
At this time, intermediate and advanced aerial instruction is available via private and semi-private training sessions. Students wishing to expand their aerial education past our beginner series are encouraged to enroll in private or semi-private instruction with the instructor of their choice. Private instruction rates start at $75/hour and include instruction, studio, and equipment rental.
