Studio Goddess was establishing in 2010 and pioneered a fitness revolution as Nashville's first private female focused facility to feature pole, aerial, and dance fitness classes. Kristen Nicole Hall - owner and creative director, elite level pole fitness competitor and performance artist- founded Studio Goddess to provide adult women alternative fitness options that are both fun and effective. Since inception, Studio Goddess has maintained a reputation for providing safe and knowledgeable instruction of dynamic group fitness classes in a supportive and social atmosphere. Studio Goddess has been recognized and featured by a multitude of local, national, and international platforms for our innovative approach to providing a creative outlet for adult women to move their bodies.

Our mission is to provide adult women a safe and supportive environment to explore and expand personal movement -regardless of experience level. We wish to inspire each client to embrace their individuality and create authentic movement - movement that feels honest. We aspire to be a catalyst in encouraging others to find natural movements that yield improved strength and confidence.
