We are actively hiring for the following positions at our Nashville HQ location.

• Lead Dance Party Instructor: LDPI is a dynamic role that combines leadership, organization, and high-energy entertainment to ensure Studio Goddess continues to deliver unforgettable experiences. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in both a management and performance setting. As LDPI, you will assist in daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping our events running smoothly while fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere. You will assist in managing bookings, preparations, and client communications to prepare our groups for their Studio Goddess party prior to arrival.  On event days, you will take center stage, leading high-energy dance parties, and assisting clients with photos and videos of their Studio Goddess experience. Your confidence, charisma, and ability to create an inclusive and fun environment will be essential in making each celebration truly special. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and passionate about both management and movement. If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and create unforgettable moments, we’d love to hear from you! 
  • Available 20-30 hours per week
  • Ability to provide direct support with both event management and teaching classes
  • Required availability on both Friday and Saturday between 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Must complete the Studio Goddess on-boarding and training program

• Dance Party Instructor: Studio Goddess hosts hundreds of private events each year. We specialize in providing group activities that are fun and unforgettable. DPIs assist their guests with group photos and host dance parties by teaching our signature choreography to adults celebrating a variety of special occasions. DPIs are friendly, enthusiastic, confident, exuberant, knowledgable and love to be the life of the party.  We love big personalities who create a welcoming and supportive experience from entry to exit.  Many of our guests are taking their first dance class, DPIs should be comfortable teaching movement to large groups of all levels and able to quickly modify choreography as needed. This contracted position provides a flexible schedule and you make your own schedule (most of our events are hosted on Fridays and Saturdays between 9:00am and 5:30pm).  A virtual and in studio training program is required to become a Studio Goddess Certified Dance Party Instructor.

Studio Goddess welcomes internship requests for students seeking college credit in fields related to event planning, marketing, social media, and studio operations. While we are not currently hiring for these positions, we are happy to provide hands-on experience in a fun, creative environment. All internships must be arranged for academic credit through an accredited college or university. We will only accept internship requests with a minimum requirement of 120 hours or more.

• Social Media Marketing Intern: We are open to assisting students who wish to complete their college internships at Studio Goddess. If you love social media, are enthusiastic, and have a keen eye for visual content, this internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital media marketing and content creation. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist our team by capturing content on-site, including photos, videos, and highlight reels for Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms. This part-time internship requires availability on Fridays and/or Saturdays between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM. This opportunity is unpaid and exclusively offered for college credit.
  

• Production Assistant Intern: The Production Assistant Intern provides direct support to our Chief Creative Officer, assisting with set design, art installations, event preparations, balloon artistry, and event décor. This part-time internship offers flexible scheduling and is exclusively available for college credit.
