The goddess party
The Goddess Party is our most popular party package and perfect for those celebrating a birthday girl or bachelorette. Your Goddess Party includes a champagne toast, a gift bag for the guest of honor, plenty of time for photos, and your choice of any instructional course listed below. We also provide a complimentary post class Mimosa for our Goddess Party guests on Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm. This one hour social event ensures guests have a party experience they will never forget. Listed below, you will find several class options to choose from. For an additional fee, you may amplify your party by adding an additional class type, cupcakes and champagne, or additional studio time to get glamorous for your next event.

The short & Sweet party
We understand that when planning your Nashville bachelorette weekend, you want to squeeze in a variety of fun activities and events. This can not only leave you crunched for time but can also be costly. Our Short and Sweet party is designed for groups wishing to experience one of our fabulous classes, while working with limited time or on a smaller budget. This 45-minute private instructional class provides a fun group activity to compliment your weekend, but also allows for flexibility in your schedule. You may choose any class type listed below.

Let our talented staff of professionally trained pole instructors teach you and your party pals a fun pole dance routine packed with pole tricks, floor work, and basic choreography. Pole dancing can be a great way to sneak in a little exercise during your bachelorette or birthday weekend and is definitely the perfect addition to any bachelorette celebration.
The chic chair dance party
Learn a sassy chair routine that you and your friends can take home! Let one of our talented Studio Goddess instructors guide you step by step through a cheeky chair routine packed full of hip circles and hair whips! This class is a great compliment to a girls only getaway, or a ladies night out.
The southern swagger party
Our Southern Swagger Party is one of our most popular party options. Staying true to our Nashville roots, this class is a great way to interact with your friends while learning a fun routine that combines hip-hop, and line dancing. This class is perfect for first time dancers, so bring your cut-off shorts and cowboy boots! This routine can also be performed at your reception or start your own flash mob at a local bar.
The bombshell burlesque party
Grab your favorite man's shirt, tie, hat, and heels and lets start dancing! In our burlesque party you will learn the art of seductive style movement while you peel away your sexy costume! We encourage our guests to dress up and have fun! Please remember to wear, at minimum, sports bra and shorts under your costume. This class focuses less on choreography and more on fun movements that exude confidence and make you feel sexy.
The alluring aerial party
During our Alluring Aerial Party you will learn to fly using aerial silks, aerial hoops (lyra), and aerial hammocks. We will provide you and your party guests with a circus inspired experience as you learn aerial poses and create movement using each unique apparatus.

We know many of our party guests like to continue the fun by going out after their Goddess Party, The Get Glamorous After Party, provides an additional 30-minutes for you and your guest to enjoy getting ready for your next event together without making an extra trip to the hotel. Take advantage of our amenities to get glamorous before dinner or prepare for a night out in Nashville. An additional flat fee is applied for studio rental.

One of our lovely Studio Goddess instructors will instruct you and your guests in the privacy of your home or hotel! You choose which class you would like. For pole parties we will provide our secure portable stage pole. The guest of honor or hostess receives a bottle of champagne and gift bag. This package is available for instructional purposes and for ladies only.
