Private party deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Your deposit is applied as a pre-paid credit towards your total cost at the time of service. This deposit secures your event time, the remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Cancellation policy:
The deposit is non-refundable. You may apply your deposit to an alternative date with 14-days notice. No-shows and/or reservations cancelled within 14-days of your scheduled party date are subject to the remaining balance. Appointments are subject to availability.
