We offer several class types for your dance party. You may pair any of our fun dance classes below with the party package of your choice.  All of our classes are taught in a exuberant yet casual environment so beginner dancers feel comfortable and supported to let loose. We are your ultimate hype girls and love teaching both new and seasoned dancers. No experience is needed to join our parties. Our dance style is sassy but also classy, so you will not be embarrassed to participate in any of our classes with your future mother-in-law. Everyone is welcome to participate in our classes, although our vibe is big feminine energy, everyone is welcome to unleash their inner goddess with us. Our Instagram and TikTok pages are a great place to see our vibe and
​ short clips from classes to preview the style of movement for each class.
We love 2000s throwbacks, but we ALWAYS let the bride choose the music we play during her event.

PRIVATE pole dance class

Our most popular class to celebrate any occasion is our beginner friendly pole dance class. Our pole dance style is sassy and fun yet tasteful and classy. You will learn a spunky dynamic routine packed with spins and twirls with the option to record yourselves at the end. Our goal is to guide our clients to create flowing, confident, and empowering movement in a safe and supportive environment.

POLE DANCE class

Let our talented staff of professionally trained pole instructors teach you and your party pals a fun pole dance routine packed with pole spins, floor work, and choreography.  Pole dancing can be a great way to sneak in a little "fit-ish" fun during your bachelorette or birthday weekend. It is definitely the perfect addition to any bachelorette celebration. 

HIP HOP LINE DANCE CLASS

​Our most popular class for bachelorette celebrations is Southern Swagger.  Many of our groups get the party started at their reception or take their routine to the bars after. This is the perfect class if you would like choreography for a group TikTok dance or just to bust out anytime you're together. This class is beginner friendly and also fun for seasoned dancers.

Our Southern Swagger Party is one of our most popular party options. Staying true to our Nashville roots, this class is a great way to interact with your friends while learning a fun routine that combines hip-hop and line dancing. This class is perfect for first time dancers! This routine can also be performed at your reception or start your own flash mob at a local bar.

PRIVATE CHAIR DANCE CLASS

You want to channel your inner Beyoncé or Britney with your besties with a sassy routine to take home? We'll teach you how to do more than sit and walk around a chair for sure! You'll learn a choreographed routine that is friendly for all ability levels. no dance experience needed.

Learn a sassy chair routine that you and your friends can take home! Let one of our talented Studio Goddess instructors guide you step by step through a cheeky chair routine packed full of hip circles and hair whips!  This class is a great compliment to a girls only getaway, or a ladies night out. 

PRIVATE BURLESQUE CLASS

Explore the art of the tease! Burlesque choreography is playful and cheeky while incorporating confident movement that can be playful and seductive. Our burlesque class focuses on creating confident movement, body positivity, and embracing your uniqueness.

Grab your favorite man's shirt, tie, hat, and heels and lets start dancing!  In our burlesque party you will learn the art of seductive movement while you peel away your sexy costume! We encourage our guests to dress up and have fun, but props are not required.  This class focuses less on choreography and more on fun movements that you can take home. 

PRIVATE AERIAL CLASS

For the fearless baches and birthday babes who like a challenge, our aerial class provides a combination of beginner friendly aerial fitness and deep stretching. This is our most physically demanding class and not an ideal option if you plan to party the night before due to many moves you will learn being upside down. Aerial is a totally unique and fun experience that incorporates both mental and physical exercise; however, due to being suspended from the ceiling there is a bit of seriousness required during this class for safety.

Run away, join the circus! Well, not exactly but we can pretend for the weekend. During our alluring aerial class, you will learn to fly using aerial silk hammocks.  We will provide you and your party guests with a circus inspired experience as you learn aerial poses and create movement using​ this unique apparatus. There is not a weight limit for this class, we recommend participants are comfortable supporting their own body weight to enter and exit the apparatus. This is a great option for groups who want a fitness class. This is not recommended after a night out on the town. 
This class is offered at our Nashville location and is limited to morning bookings only. 

​HIP HOP YOGA CLASS

For the girlies who want a deep stretch and to shake that booty, our Nama-Slay hip hop yoga class is for you. We'll combine traditional beginner friendly mat yoga sequences with upbeat hip hop bangers for a workout that provides you the opportunity to explore popular postures in a dynamic way.

Shake your asana to amazing hip hop music as you channel your spiritual gangster and
​unleash your inner goddess! This class is perfect for OG yogis or lowercase yogis (first timers), this class provides a fun flow of traditional mat yoga postures with added sass. Nama-Slay is the perfect addition
to your weekend of partying and will leave you feeling loose and ready to drop it like it's hot during your night time activities!
