Get Started with community classes

Our community classes are open to the public and no previous experience is required. These classes are new babe friendly and the perfect place to start moving with us. Community classes focus on the basics, building confidence, and becoming comfortable moving your body in new ways. We offer a variety of community classes including pole dance fitness, barre, aerial yoga, and several different styles adult dance classes like hip hop, burlesque, and chair.  You may join a community class at any time by registering online using the link below.

Our studio vibe is flirty, fun, pink, and playful. 
Our classes are upbeat and high-energy. Our focus is to get you moving, increase your heart rate, and make fitness fun. All of our classes are heavily influenced by commercial jazz and contemporary ballet technique, but when combined with great 2000s throwback beats, you unlock a sassier, stronger, and more confident version of yourself!

when to arrive

The studio will open 5-10 minutes prior to your class start time depending on when the class before is scheduled to end. Your instructor will greet you at the door once the previous class has finished.  The studio is locked promptly 5-minuters after the scheduled start time and late entry more than 5-minutes past the scheduled start time is not permitted. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-show reservations.

what to wear

Come as you are and what you feel comfortable in.  We recommend yoga pants, socks, and comfortable top for new students.
Please remove rings prior to pole class and avoid heavy lotions or oils on the day of your class. Most classes are taught in socks or bare feet with an exception to our hip hop and Southern Swagger classes which we recommend sneakers. Please remove street shoes prior to entering the dance studios. You may bring a water bottle and yoga mat if desired but these are not required. 

Pricing

Our classes range from $25-$35 depending on the class you choose.
We offer drop-in classes for you to attend as you would like, 4-week series courses, and special workshops.
