Studio Goddess is best known for our fun dance, pilates, and yoga classes hosted in our beautiful pink private studio. Our clients are celebrated and encouraged by our enthusiastic team to move in a safe and supportive environment that is welcoming to all. No experience is needed to move with your besties at Studio Goddess.

Our expertise lies in exceeding client expectations from entry to exit by delivering more than simply a dance or work out class. Studio Goddess provides a fully immersive celebration that includes our exclusive Snap Shake Shop™ experience, allowing you and your besties to celebrate, create, and capture memories ​that can only happen at Studio Goddess.  With over 16 years of experience and more than 10,000 parties hosted, we have perfected the perfect daytime or pre-party activity for your Nashville bachelorette or birthday party.

Studio Goddess was founded to provide adults access to dance, pilates, and yoga classes that are fun, accessible and most importantly friendly. Our mission is to provide a movement experience that does not require movement experience. Beginners are supported and celebrated here. We offer a variety of private classes to choose from:

We are known for our ability to capture great content of your experience to ensure your Studio Goddess memories live in your camera roll forever. We'll make sure you have the opportunity to snap group photos and videos during your event. We also feature an After Party add-on for content queens who want additional time for photos and videos with a content creator or to relax in our beautiful studio before heading to their next event.

when to book

We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
If your celebration requires a specific date or time, we encourage you to reserve as early as possible. Availability becomes increasingly limited within 30 days of the event due to existing reservations and instructor availability.

Our talented team of professionally trained movement educators will guide you every step of the way! We specialize in providing a playful, yet tasteful, experience that you can do with your besties and your mother-in-law. Everybody and every body is welcome to unleash their inner goddess with us!

Our studio can accommodate groups of any size, large or small.
Please note, our minimum fee for a pilates, yoga, or dance party includes up to 5 guest passes.
The minimum event rate for a pole dance party includes up to 10 passes.
Additional guests can be added at any time. 
​If you have less than the minimum, the minimum rate will still apply.
Don't stress the number of guests, we ask for an estimate at booking
but you can amend your​ guest count prior to your event.

anniversary Special

We’re celebrating 16 years of parties, movement, and unforgettable memories with limited-edition party packages! The special packages below features celebratory pricing in honor of our Sweet 16.

Anniversary pricing is available for a limited time and applies exclusively to new bookings made during the promotional period.

Booking

The minimum event rate is due at booking and is non-refundable.
You will pay the minimum event fee for your selected package at booking to secure your date and time. The booking fee includes 5 guest passes. Additional guest passes can be added after booking at $50 per person. Everyone present for the party will be included in your total pricing, including those who do not wish to physically participate in the class.
The remaining balance for any additional guests will be due 48-hours prior to your event.

Dance Party

Southern Swagger Line Dance or Showgirl Burlesque or Chic Chair Dance
Pick your party personality and get ready to move. Go full Nashville with Southern Swagger Line Dance, turn up the glamour with Showgirl Burlesque, or add a little sophistication and sass with Chic Chair. Each experience is designed to be approachable, entertaining, and worthy of a spot on the weekend itinerary—no dance experience required. This experience is one hour entry to exit and includes a 50-minute completely private dance class for you and your friends, with flex time for group photos and shopping after. Party with us at Studio Goddess or let us bring the experience to your rental for an additional fee.

Need to recover from the night before? Need a deep stretch to warm-up for dancing on the bar later?
Our Core Memories parties focus on moving while making the class fun and easy to follow for all ability levels. Our goal is to provide a fun movement class that keeps the vibes high for our weekend warriors. 

Yoga or Pilates party

Pretty Sculpt Pilates or Nama-Slay Yoga
Stretch it out, sculpt it up, or find the perfect mix of both. Choose your class based on how your group wants to feel, from recovery-focused stretching after the night before to a sassy sculpt if you’re shredding for the wedding. This experience is one hour entry to exit and includes a 50-minute completely private yoga or pilates class for just you and your friends with flex time for group photos and shopping after. This package can be hosted at Studio Goddess or at your rental for an additional fee.

Pole dance fitness Party at studio Goddess

The ultimate bachelorette party experience is booking a private pole dance lesson for the bride and her besties. Designed for all ability levels, we'll guide you through approachable spins, poses, and combinations while keeping the energy high and the experience fun. 

Posh Pole Dance Party

Posh Pole Dance Party
Spin, strut, and celebrate with our most iconic party package. Your instructor will guide your group through beginner-friendly pole moves, spins, and a playful yet tasteful routine designed for all experience levels—no pole experience required. The pole dance party is 90 minutes entry to exit and includes a completely private pole dance class for just you and your friends, with flex time for freestyle dancing, group photos, videos, and shopping. Due to equipment requirements,
​Posh Pole Dance Parties are exclusively hosted at Studio Goddess.

​The After Party Add-ON

Not ready to leave after your class? Add an After Party to your Studio Goddess experience for more time to take photos, create content, freestyle, shop, relax, and enjoy the space with your group before heading to your next stop. Your Studio Goddess Party Hostess will happily assist with additional photos and videos for your group, group shots, or any special-request content your group would like to create. The studio rental is 1-hour. You can also use this time to surprise your bride or birthday babe with a cake, custom cookies, or other special request.

​line dance class

Our totally unique Southern Swagger class is one of our most popular party options. This isn't your traditional line dance class (because you can learn those for free on YouTube), we're bringing the sass! Staying true to our Nashville roots, this class is a great way to interact with your friends while learning a fun routine that combines hip-hop and line dancing. This class is perfect for first time dancers and seasoned dance vets! You'll learn one of our signature routines in both the style of line dance and hip hop. It's line dance with attitude!  Your routine can also be performed at your reception, to show off Downtown, or for a fun TikTok or reel post with your favorite girlies.

​Yoga class

Shake your asana to amazing hip hop music as you channel your spiritual gangster and
​unleash your inner goddess! This class is perfect for OG yogis or lowercase yogis (first timers), this class provides a fun flow of traditional mat yoga postures with added sass. Nama-Slay is the perfect restorative addition to your weekend of partying.

Pretty SCULPT Pilates

A private mat Pilates party for the girls who came to celebrate and feel a little burn. Sculpting, stretching, and hype-girl energy—perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, and “just because” lady hangs.

Learn a sassy chair routine that you and your friends can take home! Let one of our talented Studio Goddess instructors guide you step by step through a cheeky yet tasteful chair routine packed full of hip circles and hair whips!  This class is a great compliment to a girls only getaway, or bachelorette weekend. 

​Showgirl burlesque dance class

Learn the life of a showgirl as you explore the art of burlesque movement! Learn classic poses, struts, shimmies, and a playful choreographed routine designed to bring out your confidence and stage presence. We encourage guests to embrace the experience and dress for the occasion, but costumes and props are never required. Come as you are and get ready to move, laugh, and discover your inner showgirl.

Let our talented staff of professionally trained pole instructors teach you and your party pals a fun pole dance routine packed with pole spins, floor work, and choreography.  Pole dancing can be a great way to sneak in a little exercise during your bachelorette or birthday weekend and is definitely the perfect addition to any bachelorette celebration.

Run away, join the circus! Well, not exactly but we can pretend for the weekend. During our Alluring Aerial Party you will learn to fly using aerial silks and aerial hoops (lyra).  We will provide you and your party guests with a circus inspired experience as you learn aerial poses and create movement using​ each unique apparatus.
