Studio Goddess is best known for our beautiful pink studio aesthetic, fun adult dance classes, and endless Instagram-worthy moments. Our clients are celebrated and encouraged by our enthusiastic team, who provide exceptional instruction and boast beautiful technique, to unleash their inner goddess in a safe and supportive environment that is welcoming to all. Not only do we provide the best dance parties in downtown Nashville, but our ability to capture memorable moments and offer more than just dance instruction is unmatched.

Kindly note, our first available appointment for Studio Goddess Nashville is currently March 5th, 2026. We highly recommend booking early as we are limiting our schedule to just five events per day Thursday-Saturday for the 2026 season.

The Basic Bash, The Goddess Party, and The So Extra Experience.

Dance party options

All of our classes are heavily influenced by Britney and Beyoncé style dance choreography. Studio Goddess was founded to provide adult beginner dancers access to dance classes that are fun, flirty, and most importantly friendly. Our mission is to provide a movement experience that does not require movement experience. Beginner dancers are celebrated here, while our expert staff can also ensure seasoned dancers in the group are also entertained and enjoy their experience. Our studio features a variety of dance styles to choose from: pole dance, chair dance, aerial dance, burlesque dance, Nama-Slay hip hop yoga, and our most popular class Southern Swagger hip hop line dance. We are known for our ability to capture great content of your experience to ensure your Studio Goddess memories live in your camera roll forever. We'll make sure you have the opportunity to snap lots of photos and videos during your event. 

when to book

We highly recommend you book at least of 60-days in advance to secure your desired date and time.
We are happy to book parties within 30-days; however availability becomes very limited.
  If there is a specific date and time you would like to host your party, we highly recommend booking ​as early as possible. We are happy to take reservation requests closer to your desired date; however, staff availability and remaining time slots do become limited. ​

We specialize in providing a welcoming atmosphere for clients of all ages, shapes, and ability levels to feel supported and celebrated during their Studio Goddess experience. Our talented team of professionally trained movement educators (ballerinas, aerial acrobats, yoga instructors, and professional cheerleaders) will guide every step of the way! We specialize in providing a playful, yet tasteful, experience that you can do with your besties and your mother-in-law. Everybody and every body is welcome to unleash their inner goddess with us!

Our studio can accommodate groups of any size, large or small.
Please note, our minimum fee for each package includes up to 6 guest passes at the per person rate.
​If you have less than 6 people, the minimum rate will apply.
Don't stress the number of guests, we ask for an estimate at booking
but you can amend your​ guest count prior to your event.

PRICING

You will place a $150 non-refundable down payment to secure your reservation. 
 The reservation fee secures your date, time, and studio rental.
The per person rate for your selected package below will be due 48-hours prior to your event.
The minimum rates listed on each package include the $150 reservation fee to reflect the total minimum for 6 or less.

The Goddess Party is our most popular party package for any occasion and the So Extra Experience is our most popular for celebrating a bachelorette weekend. The Basic Bash is the perfect option for a private dance class with a little added celebratory sparkle.

Our most popular party option is The Goddess Party. This package is perfect for celebrating any occasion.  This party includes the instructional class of your choice and access to our indoor mural tour experience. The highlights of this package are the gift bag to the guest of honor and ​extended time for photos with VIP access to our indoor mural tour. 

The Goddess party: +$58 per person

Our most popular package, The Goddess Party provides the VIP treatment for celebrating any special occasion and highlights the guest of honor while capturing lots of memories and photos in our Insta-worthy locations. The Goddess Party is popular for birthdays and bachelorette parties of course, but also graduations and milestone moments.  This package includes the following:

• 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES ENTRY TO EXIT

The Basic Bash Party is a great option for those who want to focus on the dance class and end with a celebratory toast. This package provides your group the opportunity to enjoy a famous Studio Goddess private dance class without the extras.  This package does not include access to the indoor mural tour.  You will have time for photos and videos during your dance party!

The ultimate party experience is our SO EXTRA EXPERIENCE. This package includes the Nashville & Austin bachelorette party "must-haves" (matching cowboy hats, disco ball tumblers, and heart sunglasses for all), a private dance class of your choice, and access to our indoor mural tour. Bring your own bubbles or favorite beverage to fill your disco ball as you selfie, shake, and shop. This 2-hour experience also includes a private dance class of your choice, an hour to take photos in our indoor mural tour, and the guest of honor also receives a premium gift bag. The So Extra Experience is the best value for those wanting the ultimate birthday, bachelorette party, or honky tonk experience! 

The so extra experience: +$85 Per Person 

The So Extra Experience makes party planning easy! No traveling with all the party supplies, simply arrive at Studio Goddess where you are greeted with a display of all the must-have party favors your group will need for your Nashville or Austin celebration! You'll also have extended time to sip from your disco ball and snap photos in our indoor mural tour. This package includes the following:

pole dance class

Let our talented staff of professionally trained pole instructors teach you and your party pals a fun pole dance routine packed with pole spins, floor work, and choreography.  Pole dancing can be a great way to sneak in a little exercise during your bachelorette or birthday weekend and is definitely the perfect addition to any bachelorette celebration.

​line dance class

Our totally unique Southern Swagger class is one of our most popular party options. This isn't your traditional line dance class (because you can learn those for free on YouTube), we're bringing the sass! Staying true to our Nashville roots, this class is a great way to interact with your friends while learning a fun routine that combines hip-hop and line dancing. This class is perfect for first time dancers and seasoned dance vets! You'll learn one of our signature routines in both the style of line dance and hip hop. It's line dance with attitude!  Your routine can also be performed at your reception, to show off Downtown, or for a fun TikTok or reel post with your favorite girlies. 

​chair dance Class

Learn a sassy chair routine that you and your friends can take home! Let one of our talented Studio Goddess instructors guide you step by step through a cheeky chair routine packed full of hip circles and hair whips!  This class is a great compliment to a girls only getaway, or a ladies night out. 

​burlesque dance class

Grab your favorite man's shirt, tie, hat, and heels and let's start dancing!  In our burlesque party you will learn the art of seductive movement while you peel away your sexy costume! We encourage our guests to dress up and have fun, but props are not required.  This class focuses less on choreography and more on fun movements that you can take home. 

​aerial dance class

Run away, join the circus! Well, not exactly but we can pretend for the weekend. During our Alluring Aerial Party you will learn to fly using aerial silks and aerial hoops (lyra).  We will provide you and your party guests with a circus inspired experience as you learn aerial poses and create movement using​ each unique apparatus.

nama-slay hip hop
​Yoga class

Shake your asana to amazing hip hop music as you channel your spiritual gangster and
​unleash your inner goddess! This class is perfect for OG yogis or lowercase yogis (first timers), this class provides a fun flow of traditional mat yoga postures with added sass. Nama-Slay is the perfect restorative addition to your weekend of partying.
