A $100 Non-Refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is applied as a pre-paid credit to your total party cost. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of service. Your reservation is NOT secured until the deposit is received.

1 Use the calendar below to check our availability and send your event request. 2 Check your email. You will find a secure link to customize your party package and place your deposit. 3 Place your deposit and you're all set!
If you do not check "EMAIL" as seen below, you will not be able to move forward with the online booking process and will need to contact us for assistance. Your party is not secured until you have completed the reservation form and placed your deposit.

Party Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to a non-refundable deposit of $100. Parties cancelled less than 14-days prior to their scheduled party date will be subject to satisfying the remaining balance - no exceptions. We are happy to reschedule your party when a minimum of 14 days notice is provided. Rescheduled parties are subject to availability. Final count must be provided 48-hours prior to your event.
late booking Premium
We highly recommend booking your party 30-days in advance to secure your desired date and time. We are happy to book events closer to your party date if appointments remain available. Expedited appointments are subject to the following premium rates.
Parties booked within 7 days of your desired party date are subject to an additional $50 late booking premium rate. For example, Saturday parties must be booked by the previous Saturday to avoid the late booking fee.
Appointments booked less than 48-hours in advance are subject to an additional $100 late booking premium.
Party Policies & FAQ
Studio Etiquette: We are excited to host your private class in our beautiful studio and we look forward to celebrating with you. Please treat the studio with the same respect that you would provide your local dance or fitness facility. We kindly ask that you take as many photos and boomerangs in our gallery of instagram-able moments as possible but please refrain from touching or modifying the artwork.
Arrival: Please note the studio is locked while classes are in session. The studio will open at your scheduled start time.
Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of service per one transaction. The remaining balance can be paid via cash, credit, or debit. We do not collect payment from each guest individually.
Waiver of Liability: Each guest is required to personally complete the waiver of liability prior to starting your class. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete this form.
Alcohol Policy: Do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. For liability purposes and your safety, we are unable to provide services to guests under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
Jewelry Policy: Please remove all jewelry prior to your pole or aerial class. Your instructor will not be able to start your party until all participants have removed all jewelry, including rings.
Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late please remember your party will end at the original end time. We are unable to make exceptions. All guests must be present to start the class.
Spectators: For your privacy, we do not allow spectators. Each guest present during the instructional portion of the class will be included in the party pricing. No exceptions.
Sharing Apparatus: Our pricing is in consideration of the industry standard to work in partners on pole and aerial equipment. New students find it challenging to hold their bodyweight for prolonged periods of time. We encourage working in partners for your safety and to ensure you have energy to dance it out on Broadway after your class. As stated in our FAQs, you may or may not have your own apparatus depending on the size of your group; however, we ensure ample equipment is provided to ensure an immersive and interactive experience for all. It is imperative that you provide us with an estimated number of guests upon booking to ensure the appropriate sized studio (we have four) is booked for your event.
Our policies are for your safety and the safety of our instructors. Studio Goddess reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who is in violation of our party policies.
