Booty Bounce & Burn is the perfect class for clients of all fitness levels wishing to strengthen their lower body and lift the derrière while doing a little pop, lock, and dropping. This cardio quickie incorporates cheeky movement with strength building exercises in intervals of short bursts followed by recovery grooves. During this upbeat class, you will dance through easy to follow repetitions that target those badonkadonks. Booty Bounce & Burn was inspired by several different training techniques including ballet, HIIT, Pilates, and our experience shaking it in the . Combining these training techniques into a 45-minute dance sequence of movements followed by a deep recovery stretch, creates a unique fitness class that will lift your spirits and your booty.
Our Burlesque workshop is perfect for those new to movement and choreography, or seasoned dancers wishing to take their dance technique to sassy new heights. The class starts with a burly warm-up of easy to follow burlesque skills to create fluidity, muscle memory, and provide a solid foundation for stylizing and choreography. Students then move to learning a choreographed burlesque sequence. New clients welcome! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and students are encouraged to feel their movement and embrace their personal style.

If you've ever envisioned yourself dancing in a pop music video with Britney or Christina, this is the class for you. The focus of this class is to give dancers and non-dancers alike a creative outlet to give attitude and show out. Each instructor brings their own unique style and personality to the choreography they are teaching but one thing is for certain, our WTF classes are the best way to add a dance sesh to your week.
Southern Swagger fuses hip hop and line dance to create the most fun beginner hip hop class you'll ever experience. We'll teach you popular line dance foot patterns and show you how to add swagger and personal style. New students are welcome, and no dance experience is required. Choreography is taught in an way that allows students to easily pick up the steps and begin to personalize each movement. If you are looking to learn a dance you can show off on TikTok, this is the class you want to take. Routines are not progressive, meaning you can join this class at any time without feeling behind. This class is perfect for OG yogis or lowercase yogis (first timers), this class provides a fun flow of traditional mat yoga postures taught by certified yoga instructors who also love to dance. Fusing grooves with effective postures creates a great workout with attitude. Nama-Slay is a great class for increasing strength and flexibility while listing to great music, surrounded by fellow baddies.
Our flexibility class is the perfect deep stretching class for students of all flexibility levels! Can't touch your toes? No problem, we are here to help. You will gain knowledge and increase flexibility as you flow through an effective sequence of dynamic ballistic and isometric stretching techniques. Flexibility training is very important to maintain healthy spinal alignment, improve body awareness, and prevent injury. We will guide you through safe and effective exercises that can be easily executed in the studio and at home.
