will i share an apparatus?
Yes and No. Safe and successful aerial dance programs are designed for two students per apparatus. Private parties may share a pole and aerial equipment depending on the size of your group. Most beginners find these classes to be a bit more strenuous than expected. Students are encouraged to share if they wish to conserve energy for their night out on the town. Specific pole and aerial classes are structured for two people per apparatus to ensure that you do not fatigue your muscles to the point of exhaustion. This prevents injury. Pole and aerial fitness are total body workouts. We choose to have partnered workouts for several reasons in addition to safety: 1. The social experience you receive when working with partners is rewarding. 2. Interval training is highly effective and a great way to gain cardiovascular strength and burn calories 3. Clients are more likely to stick to a training regimen when working in a structured partnered environment, thus allowing them to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.
