Pole Dance Fitness
Pole Dance Fitness provides women a flirty fusion of cardio and strength training. Our pole classes are executed in the style of a traditional dance class. We incorporate core elements of movement technique and teach our clients how to apply this information to create beautiful movement with the pole. Our movement theory and methodologies allow students to absorb knowledge about their bodies while enjoying an upbeat social fitness experience in an expressive and body positive atmosphere. No experience is needed to join this fun fitness revolution.

Pole Dance Fitness is a great way to build strength, burn calories, and find personal movement. We offer an introductory drop-in course and specialized series courses that focus on skill development and progression. New students may start with Intro to Pole at any time.
Intro To Pole: This is the perfect introduction to pole dance for first time students! Students will build strength as they learn the fundamentals of static pole movement. This class introduces beginner level spins, climbs, and basic transitions. This class is open for enrollment at any time. We encouraged weekly participation to prepare for our Spins & Transitions Series.
Beginner Series: This four week comprehensive course incorporates beginner level spins and transitions into beautiful flowing sequences. Series courses are comprehensive and build weekly. Each course starts the first week of each month. To enroll in this series, click the enrollment button below.
Spin Pole Series: This four week course explores the art of momentum, strength, and style. Students will learn to create beautiful postures and transitions using a spinning pole. Students should be comfortable with basic static spins and transitions instructed in before enrolling in this series.
Choreography Series: During this comprehensive four week course, students will explore various dance styles while connecting beginner and intermediate spin combinations. This series focuses less on technique and more on contemporary and emotive movement. Students should be comfortable with basic spins and transitions before enrolling in this series.
Invert & Climb Series: This open level class focuses on getting you off the floor and upside down. This class introduces students to pole climbing and inverting technique. This class is offered in a four week series. The Beginner Series is highly recommended but not required before enrolling in this series.
Intermediate / Advanced Tricks Series: During this comprehensive four week course, students will learn to create suspended combinations, and explore advanced poses. Students must be able to before a clean invert and climb before being permitted to attend this series.
Pole: Open Gym
Not appropriate for first time students. Open Gym is an open practice time for students who have attended a minimum of one pole fitness class. This is not an instructional class time. Students are allowed to utilize our pole room to practice previously learned movements.
