Pole Dance Fitness
Pole Dance Fitness provides women a flirty fusion of cardio and strength training. Our pole classes are executed in the style of a traditional dance class. We incorporate core elements of movement technique and teach our clients how to apply this information to create beautiful movement with the pole. This allows students to absorb knowledge about their bodies while enjoying an upbeat social fitness experience in an expressive and body positive atmosphere. No experience is needed to join this fun fitness revolution.

Pole Dance Fitness is a great way to build strength, burn calories, and find personal movement. We offer series courses that focus on skill development and progression. New students should start with Intro to Pole
Intro To Pole: This is the perfect introduction to pole dance for first time students! Students will build strength as they learn the fundamentals of static pole movement. This class introduces beginner level spins, climbs, and basic transitions. This class is open for enrollment at any time. We encouraged weekly participation to prepare for our Spins & Transitions Series.
Invert & Climb Clinic: This open level class focuses on getting you off the floor and upside down. This mixed apparatus class introduces climbing and inverting technique on pole, fabric, and lyra. Invert & Climb is open for enrollment at any time. We encouraged weekly participation to prepare for our Aerial Combinations Series.
Spins & Transitions Series: This four week comprehensive course incorporates beginner and intermediate level spins and transitions into beautiful flowing sequences. Students should be comfortable with pole movement before enrolling in this series. Series courses are comprehensive and build weekly. Each course starts the first week of each month. Aerial Transitions Series: During this comprehensive four week course, students will learn to create aerial combinations, and explore advanced poses. Series are offered monthly and limited to six students per class. Students must be able to perform the following movements with ease:
Inversion, Layback, and Leg Hangs.
Pole: Open Gym
Not appropriate for first time students. Open Gym is an open practice time for students who have attended a minimum of one pole fitness class. This is not an instructional class time. Students are allowed to utilize our pole room to practice previously learned movements.
